“Went here on Sunday night for the first time and enjoyed the food so much we came back the following Tuesday, Taco Tuesday with all tacos $7 each! I highly recommend the Carnitas, Doble Loco and Falda Y Queso. And the drinks are good too! My wife is vegetarian and had the Halloumi and Coliflor which she enjoyed. I definitely recommend this place and will be back!”

I Really enjoy the tacos as you can try a few different ones rather than just getting one meal. The brisket taco was so good. It’s great having the outside area for a nice day too.”

“Love love love this restaurant! Brought a whole lot of heat and flavour to Gore. Great for dinner, lunch or a quick snack. Taco Tuesday is a great promotion, trying new flavours you wouldn’t normally want to pay full price for in case it’s not your cup of tea! The Hamburgesua and the baha fish tacos are so flavourful, nachos are top tier and can’t go wrong with the enchiladas”

Great selection of tacos on offer, something for everyone, it was hard to choose. Ended up with the brisket and the pork and chorizo plus the crunchiest chips ever.
A great busy vibe, a must stop when in Gore. Suggest booking for a Tuesday.”

“Yesterday we had a great experience at Amigos Wanaka. We were greeted by a lovely waiter who had us seated in no time. Our food options were huge and all sounded delicious. “We went to  Amigos in Cromwell last night and I have to say we had a great evening. The food was great,  very tasty, reasonably priced. The bar produced some KILLER margaritas too. What made it even better was the the great service from the staff (special thank you to Riley). This seems to a very young team but they were absolutely CRUSHING IT. Seamless and proffessional service. Well done. My new favourite place.”

“Excellent service and great food. The best calamari in the world! Great Quesadillas, Rib-eye steak and Churros, we enjoyed it thoroughly. Unfortunately we had to pass on Margaritas, as we had to hit the road for a long drive, but it’s highly recommended place to go to when in Alexandra.”
